Customer service, installation and supervision of our optical network. The entire network is located within Prague 1 and the surrounding area. You can reach any intervention site on foot.
Our network is located in Josefov and the surrounding area, covering a distance you can walk in twenty minutes. This means you won't spend the day driving between jobs: just grab your tools and go. That's why we don't have a company car and don't require a driver's licence from you.
Most of the work is on-site service at customers' premises: sometimes it's just a wrongly connected router, sometimes detective work in the distribution systems of an old building. This includes installing new connections and monitoring the network, i.e., noticing problems before the customer reports them.
We are a small company with our own optical network. We do not sell third-party services, and no one will charge you by the minute for a visit.
