About our company

Our story

Our company was founded to solve a problem with poor-quality internet in central Prague.
What started as one household quickly became a network for the whole neighbourhood - and from that Internet Prague Josefov, s.r.o.
We grow, but we stay personal - we know our clients and are close to them every day.
Our technicians arrive on foot, because we live and work right in Prague 1.
We make internet that truly works - because we use it ourselves every day.

We are an established provider of high-speed internet for businesses and households.
We also offer 5G mobile internet and provide complete IT management and support for our clients.
In Prague 1 and the city centre we run our own fibre cables, so speed and service are fully in our hands.
But we connect you anywhere in Prague - just call us or enter your address.

Had a great onboarding experience with Adam. Can't compare that level of personal support with the big providers - this is a million times better. Communication (in English) was great and the installation team professional. Would definitely recommend.

Very satisfied with the service! Adam was very responsive and got me a slot with the technician as soon as possible. The whole setup took less than 10 min and internet speed has been excellent so far. Price is also very competitive. Thanks a lot guys!

Best internet in Prague 1! The customer service is very good and fast responding, fast connection. Good that this company is here - in contrast to the big players who don't care about individuals at all.
